New schedule!


  • New classes since May 2nd 2022

On Tuesday : Outrace at 09 :30AM, Full Body Workout at 01 :00PM, Cross Training at 06 :30PM.

On Thursday : Yoga Relax at 07 :15PM.

On Friday : Abs Stretching at 09 :30AM.

In total, more than 20  weekly classes including 5 classes during lunch time are sheduled to satisfy all needs and plannings.
