Since last April, the Italian Chef Saverio Gullace and his brigade propose every day delicious seasonal homemade dishes prepared with passion by mixing flavors, creativity and elegance!
Himself son of a Chef, Saverio, calabrian native-born, has cultivated since his childhood a strong know-how of Mediterranean cuisine. Ligurian sea bream, linguine with lobster, paccheri with prawns, octopus à la plancha... are some of the Chef’s many specialties. After having worked in prestigious establishments such as the Four Seasons in Milan or the Piazza restaurant in Monaco, the Chef took over the management of the M.C.C.C.’s kitchens at the end of April 2018.
Thanks to him, to his Sous-Chef Luis Garcia Sanchez, to his brigade, to the restaurant Director Othmane Sali and all the restaurant team, our members can enjoy refined culinary parentheses in the exceptional spaces that are the dining room and the panoramic terrace. Every day, the traditional menu “à la carte” as well as several suggestions prepared with daily market products are proposed. On Sundays, from 12:00 noon to 03:00 pm, it is wonderful to take some time, with friends or family, to enjoy the many delicious dishes elaborated weekly for the traditional Buffet Brunch.
